KEY OBJECTIVE:
To build Oracle Retail Global Business Unit within EMEA.
Responsible for sales of RGBU across EMEA (Retek, ProfitLogic, plus other acquisitions).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Pipeline / Business Development, Sales, Revenue and Margin Management
* Team management
* Relationship management
* Business / Operations management
* Budget and business planning
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
* Retail industry experience essential
* 10+ years senior management experience essential
* Software Applications sales experience essential
* P+L experience US$100M+ preferred
* SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, JDA experience preferred
* Consulting experience preferred
* Strategy, planning and execution throughout EMEA
