On behalf of our client, a well-known international veterinary health company, we are looking for a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative – Poultry Division. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in meeting the established sales goals by delivering real value to the company customers through differentiated products and services and the ability to target and strategically manage the assigned area within a predefined budget.
Key accountabilities:
The specific responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:
• Manage current customer portfolio
• Improve / increase customer portfolio
• Negotiate contracts and prices within set guidelines
• Control strictly the level of receivables keeping customers updated on due payments
• Collect, monitor and communicate market information to line manager and to the team (competition, new products, prices, marketing campaigns, market share, etc)
• Increase annually the market share in his/her area of responsibility (communicate needed resources for increasing of market share)
• Sustain product presentations to the customers
• Be involved in the testing phase of new products
• Be involved in launching actions of new products
• Communicate with all departments of BU in order to offer the right products and services to the customers
• Use CRM database to report daily activity (visits, claims, leads, updates, etc)
• Comply with commercial and price policy of the company
• Comply with the expense and report policy of the company
Compensation:
• The final candidate will receive a competitive base salary and incentive scheme and benefits reflecting the candidate's experience and degree of responsibility.
