RESPONSABILITATI

• Performs vendor scheduling activities for a specific product line of an Aftermarket business.
• Responsible for vendor scheduling activities and inventory management for a specific product line.
• Responsible for meeting the AOP and SIOP goals on weekly and monthly supplier and customer delivery metrics, as well as for inventory targets, for the specific product line.
• Analyzes the materials availability and communicates the short ones to the team, executes corrective actions to complete the plan.
• Maintains all the supplier schedules in SAP.
• Develops the daily and weekly supplier schedule receipts and projections.
• Provides answers to Customer Service in parts that are past due or due the same week
• Coordinate and follow-up phase-in / phase-out material availability
• Ensure a smooth Finish Good inventory balance and availability in between the different warehouse locations
• Track and control Excess and Obsolete stock, provide and coordinate actions plans
• Analyzes and optimizes Material Master parameters on a regular basis, keeps SAP system accuracy;
• Responsible for the supplier delivery metric.
• Responsible as part of the procurement team for the OTTR customer delivery metric.
• Responsible for DOS and Inventory value on its specific MRP controller for purchase parts.
• Responsible for Supplier past due on its specific portfolio and develops / follow-up recovery plans;
• Responsible for the Inventory accuracy and Block stock material.
• Provides support in HOS and EDI, ASN implementation for its own supplier portfolio;

• Minimum of 1 years as production planner or vendor scheduler
• BS in Industrial/Systems Engineering/Business Administration or related
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Six Sigma lean / Green-belt (minimum).
• Possess excellent organizational ability, effective negotiation skills and interacts effectively with internal and external parties.
• Key user on SAP for MM modules
