· Ensures that the Service Level Agreements of the bank are met
· Offers general back-up for the Operations team
· Resolves customers complaints
· Acts as an escalation point for incoming calls related to customers
· Participates in customer meetings in order to identify their needs, when necessary
· Coordinates the vendors activities
· Prepares different reports on the vendor coordination related activities
· Assesses the performance of vendors
· Proactively contributes to improving the internal and external process
Professional qualifications:
· University Degree would be a plus
· Working knowledge of English
· Basic Accounting Knowledge

· Service and results oriented;

· Very good numerical abilities;
· Good communication skills;
· Team player;
· Ability to work under pressure.
