RESPONSABILITATI

The EMEA PSG Pricing Team is responsible for pricing personal systems (e.g. Desktops, Notebooks) for large, multi-country and global corporate customers across Europe.
As part of the sales approach, Direct Business delivers solutions and services directly from HP through a customizable direct relationship or via a 1st Tier, to large and enterprise customers. This business has been growing at a very rapid pace, in the revenue generated as well as the number of customers served, and competes directly with Dell.
The EMEA PSG Special Pricing team manages around 600 hundreds deal reviews and approvals per month, with a rapid expansion due to new customer wins and extended solutions (products + services). The Front desk pricing team based in Bucharest is at the fore front of the approval process to our sales force.

- Provide regular updates to PSG EMEA Special Pricing Team manager
- Engage and organise/provide training for new comers

Identifying and utilizing team & individual strengths
Maintaining the relationship with the employer :
Providing the JD for the team;
Responsible for Personal Evaluation of non HP employee for his team
Providing information about the people development needs
Participation to the hiring interviews
Providing the information about job levels for the team
Decide on ranking results for non HP employees
Decide the salary level in the matrix limits for non HP employees
Responsible for the employee communication
Approving contract extension
Mission 2 Develop sales support oriented culture
Strategic actions:
Act as role model for special pricing managers by demonstrating focus on sales support
Develop customer oriented behaviour within the team
Mission 3 Analyse and approve global special pricing requests
Strategic actions:
- Qualify requests for approbations sent by local bid desk, and Catalogue Sales and Support Managers
- Run analysis and approve based on pricing delegation matrix, margins and costs analysis
- Escalate to EMEA Business Unit consultant and management when required due to business exposure.


CERINTE

Bachelor/Master degree in Business or sales or equivalent experience
Experience in one or more of the following:
Minimum three years experience in sales administration
Previous experience in leading a team.
- Good knowledge of general administrative/clerical processes
- General knowledge of pricing schemes and associated analysis
- Broad knowledge of administration, report generation and database inputs
- Knowledge in IT Tools (database system; MS-Office and computer tools…)
- Strong customer oriented attitude
- Efficient in stressful situations
- Excellent communication skills, written and orally
- Leadership/Charisma
- Eye for detail
- Ability to manage priorities
Fluent in English
