- Within EMEA, the Volume Direct Operations organization hosts the Customer Set up team (VDCS). This team aims at set upping new volume direct customers with corporate organizations.
- Set up new HP Customer
- Create customer profile in HP databases to be able to process customer orders
- Capture request
- Ensure that all data are available and correct
- All above steps should be managed within an agreed SLA and in respect of the processes in place
- Set up new customer parameters in the system
- Update system with customer data
- Manage existing customer set up change
- Activity status
- Provide daily report regarding all requests (creation and change request)
- Escalation to appropriate person for all data not received within SLA and inform people impacted
- Check set up status
- Fluent in English, verbal and written
- Experience in one or more of the following will be a plus ( but not mandatory)
- Experience in sales admin
- Experience in taking care of ongoing business
- Experience in acting as liaison between various internal organizations
- System administration
- Basic knowledge of general administrative/clerical processes
- General understanding of order administration
