Within EMEA, the Volume Direct Operations organization hosts the Customer Set up team (VDCS). This team aims at set upping new volume direct customers with corporate organizations.
Create customer profile in HP databases to be able to process customer orders
Capture request
Ensure that all data are available and correct
All above steps should be managed within an agreed SLA and in respect of the processes in place
Set up new customer parameters in the system
Update system with customer data
Manage existing customer set up change
Provide daily report regarding all requests (creation and change request)
Escalation to appropriate person for all data not received within SLA and inform people impacted
Check set up status
Fluent in English, verbal and written
Experience in one or more of the following will be a plus ( but not mandatory)
-experience in sales admin
-experience in taking care of ongoing business
-experience in acting as liaison between various internal organizations
-system administration
Basic knowledge of general administrative/clerical processes
General understanding of order administration
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Interpersonal & communication skills (telephone, clarity, …)
Customer-oriented
Ability to easily adapt to different situations, efficient in stressful situations
Thoroughness
Resourceful, inventiveness
Rigorous and organized
Computer skills ( MS Office)
