Three years ago, HP launched its Direct business to deliver solutions and services directly from HP through a customizable direct relationship or via a 1st Tier, to large and enterprise customers. Since then, this business has been growing at a very rapid pace, in the revenue generated as well as the number of customers served, and competes directly with Dell.
Volume Direct Operations is in charge of processing customer orders from receipt to cash collection, managing processes, support and associated systems.
In this fast growing and evolving environment, we are looking for a person driving Volume Direct reports. Accurate and immediate information/reporting availability is key to proper execution.
MISSION AND STRATEGIC ACTIONS
Mission 1 Run recurrent reports:
Strategic actions
Run recurrent reports
Maintain recurrent reports
Publish recurrent reports on time
Communicate proactively if encounter issues to deliver the report
Provide correct and high quality data
Mission 2 Provide support on reports:
Strategic actions
Provide had hoc reports and analysis based on definition/ specification from requestor
Support report requestor in terms of report content, clarification
Communication and cooperation with IT support
Experience in one or more of the following:
- One or two years experience in sales admin support job
- One or two years experience in reporting job
- Experience in taking care of ongoing business
System administration
Knowledge:
- Basic knowledge of general administrative/clerical processes
- Broad knowledge of administration, report generation and database inputs, Excel,
Skills:
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Strong analytical skills
- Customer-oriented
- Thoroughness, Rigor and commitment
- Language-English
