Sales Person qualifications
We are, a rapidly growing VOIP company headquartered in Bucharest, is in need of a Top Sales Professional to help us acquire new [ big ] clients and maintain our existing clients.
The successful Sales and Account Manager candidate will possess:
* Minimum of 3-5 years experience in the IT sales field within the Bucharest Area marketplace.
* Proven successful sales record in the IT market.
* Recent new business development experience in opening new accounts.
* high level established relationships within the Bucharest IT community. Any other areas is an advantage but not mandatory.
* Excellent manager & client references to verify work practices.- Previous work history with a mid to large sized IT company.
* Excellent time management, written, verbal and presentation skills - Ability to demonstrate an immediate impact on sales.
* Ability to do cold calling to generate new clients (40-50 calls/day)
* Understanding of current Telecom concepts, solutions &environments.
* Disciplined practices including prospecting, negotiating & closing sales and account management.
* Verifiable compensation history including salary and commission/bonus.
? Driving license ? mandatory, own car ? an advantage.
? Foreign Languages ? English. Any other language an advantage.
