The Key User works within a European, multicultural and fast moving business environment. The main role is to train and support users, within the order management process and tool area and among the responsibilities are the following:
- Deliver operational training for new employees, day-to-day informal user training and ongoing training on process or tool changes;
- Support and consult on processes and tools, for a defined country structured team;
- Participate in new process & tool release implementation, coordinate testing in operational team, support the users during actual implementation and provide feed back during the post implementation review;
- Actively participate in order management related projects.
Candidate¿s profile:
- Fluent in English and French;
- Work experience in a multi-national company;
- University degree in Economics and / or IT;
- PC and Microsoft Office tools knowledge;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Analytical & organizational skills;
- Highly flexible;
- Networking capabilities;
- Customer orientated.
