The Customer Account Administrator works within a European, multicultural and fast moving business environment. The main responsibilities are:
- Act as the primary contact for country Order Management Team and Sales Team;
- Provide assistance and support within the area of order fulfillment;
- Process and coordinate standard and non-standard orders for a defined set of Customers;
- Validate order transaction data through a variety of documents and systems. Ensures
accuracy/completeness of information and compliance with the company¿s terms and condition as well as customer specific procurement guidelines;
- Ensures pricing, discount and other related information is correct on all transaction processed;
- Maintains up-to date knowledge of promotions, discounts and other information related to the order fulfillment process;
- Proactive backlog monitoring of orders using defined tools and reports;
- Monitors and corrects various business control reports to ensure correct data integrity.
Candidate¿s profile:
- At least 2 years work experience in a similar position (sales administrative support);
- University degree in an Economics related field;
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills;
- Fluent in German, Italian or French;
- PC and Microsoft Office tools knowledge;
- Clear communication & negotiation abilities;
- Analytical & organizational skills;
- Quality & details oriented;
- Customer service mentality.
