BIA Business Intelligence Alliance is recruiting a Valuation Surveyor for a multinational company, a pre-eminent global real estate services provider.
Responsabilities:
- Valuation advisory to Romanian and international clients;
- Active involvement in the client briefing process;
- Provision of accurate investment advice and market information;
- Detailed property inspections.
You will principally be dealing with valuations shopping centers, offices center, high street retail, retail warehouses, offices and industrial.
The ideal candidate:
- Ideally two to three years experience;
- Qualified Surveyor / ANEVAR;
- Good working knowledge of English;
- University degree;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Good social skills and ability to work directly with clients;
- Self-motivation and logical approach to problem solving.
You will have strong market awareness and an excellent understanding of valuation techniques. You will have well developed analytical/problem solving skills, and the ability to communicate at all levels, as well as being a confident decision maker with commitment & enthusiasm.
