For one of our clients, a multinational company, leading real estate consultant in Romania, we are looking for a Valuation Assistant. The company offers complete real estate services, its clients are multinational companies, financial institutions and important real estate developers.

The Valuation Department provides real estate appraisal reports for major financial institutions, investment funds and development companies.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating the administrative tasks of the team;
- Assisting valuers in their daily activity;
- Preparing offers and contracts;
- Verifying and updating the database;
- Translating various documents;
- Drawing up presentations and reports for clients.
- University Degree or last year student, preferable at Academy of Economic Studies, Polytechnics or Constructions;
- Fluency in written and spoken English;
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Strong personalities with a great desire to succeed;
- Analytical and results oriented person.
