We are looking for a UX Designer with strong interests and capabilities in the design and development of engaging user experiences to join our team in Bucharest/Oradea/Baia Mare.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a work environment that requires problem solving skills and independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration.
Duties and responsibilities
Develop wireframes, storyboards and scenarios, behavioral specifications and personas
Testing wireframes with real people before implementing them
Liaising with clients, contractors, stakeholders
Design and test prototypes of new site experiences with users through small-scale usability tests and live on-site experiments
Work closely with Presales/Sales team and Engineering teams to better understand business and customer goals, as well as technical requirements
Work with leaders in other disciplines to develop solutions that leverage the expertise of all involved
Drive the definition of bold, disruptive, and delightful product experiences for our users
Qualifications
3+ years experience designing web apps/UX
A portfolio showcasing examples of related design work
Attention to details with the ability to manage multiple projects
Experience with one or more of the following design tools: Sketch, InVision, Adobe Photoshop, Axure, Omnigraffle
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Rails, JavaScript/JQuery, iOS, Android is a plus
