Our UX Designer will execute user interaction design of 648 Group's products: mobile apps & web applications.
They will:
- Help the client define the user stories;
- Develop the project's wireframes, specifications, flowcharts and mock-ups;
- Maintain the design updated to the latest input received from the client or the team;
- Research interaction design trends and educate the rest of the organization;
- Conduct usability testing and evolve the design based on the findings;
- Act as the user-centred design advocate throughout the product life-cycle;
- Present the design to the customers and the team and be able to explain how different design decisions were taken.
- At least one year experience as an UX designer;
- Strong knowledge of design principles, trends and best practices for mobile (iOS, android) and web;
- Experience with prototyping tools for obtaining flowcharts, wireframes, specs.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop;
- Organized, able to keep the design of projects updated and able to work on more projects in the same week;
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail and visual communication ability;
- A style that is rooted in ownership, passion, innovation, and collaboration;
- An open mind to employees opinions, suggestions or criticism;
- Ability to work closely with the software development team;
- Comfortable working with customers, including product, sales, marketing, and services executives;
- Very good English communication skills (written and oral).
Other:
- A Portfolio with the designed projects will be required at the interview.
