As an UX Designer, you will create easy to understand, simple yet compelling and visually enticing page designs to help deliver the company objectives and KPI’s for all products, across all platforms - PC, mobile and tablet. You'll be responsible for the visual look and layout of the website's interactive experience, including the interaction and journeys customers follow.
Skills & Experience:
•Significant UX design experience;
•Strong understanding of user journeys, user experience and user-centered design;
•Strong product and e-commerce usability experience;
•Knowledge of conducting usability testing, user interviews, surveys, proposing and investigating other methods of research;
•A great understanding of wireframe and prototypes;
•Knowledge of SEO best practices, Usability, Accessibility and cross browser inconsistencies;
•Prior knowledge of conducting A/B and Multivariate tests and analyzing their results;
•Ensure a high project success rate through discipline, efficiency, excellent communication, attention to detail and great execution.
The perfect candidate:
•Will think logically and bring an intelligent and objective approach to design, always considering design and UX principles;
•Always designs from a customer's point of view;
•Tests and validates ideas with users, and react in a considered manner to feedback;
•Participate in UX testing when necessary, to ensure business and technical requirements are met;
•Creates organized layered PSD files suitable for use by front-end developers and designers.
