This position involves dealing with help desk, training for users, documenting the usage of hardware, operating systems, general purpose software, debugging operation issues.
- University graduate in Computers Science
- Experience in systems-support activities
Background in most of the following:
-PC-based systems
-Servers-based systems, wide area networking
-Handheld PC-based systems
-Microsoft-Windows products
-UNIX, LINUX
-Communications
- Be able to work on different types of systems projects (i.e. P.C. support, large developmental and/or post-implementation efforts)
- Availability and open-minded
- Good interpersonal skills
- Team oriented
- Good English command
