- To deliver training to company employees for operative software usage (warehouse & sales management software, accountancy software, company’s site)
- To support colleagues in cases of software and/or hardware usage difficulties
- To analyze causes of everyday problems, to undertake measures, or to redirect issues to upper level, if they exceed his/her competences
- To cooperate system administrators’ team for problem solving, and to ensure smooth flow of ongoing projects
- To supervise proper usage of technical devises and software
- To initiate new functionality tasks or modification in existing appliances to correspond to changing business requirements and employees’ duties.
- Solid experience with Windows XP
- Hardware knowledge
- Very good English
- Previous experience on similar position is strong advantage
