- Creating and developing user-centered driven interfaces for offline and online applications
- Working together with other teams for continuous improvements of user interfaces
- Being able to work under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Helping design usability test plans and conducting contextual research
- Generating user personas and scenarios from research data
- Conducting heuristic reviews of both consumer and business software UIs
- Analyzing data from usability tests and generating actionable recommendations
- Developing new approaches to complex design problems and conveying these designs in the form of design specifications and prototypes
- BA/BS degree in Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, Behavioral Science, Anthropology, Visual Design, Industrial Design or other related experience
- Solid knowledge about principles of user centered design
- A flexible, creative and responsible personality
-Usability Engineering knowledge would be a plus
- Adobe Photoshop skills
- Some knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript
-Portfolio of UI/UX work (web, cd, dvd, etc.) a plus
