• Design and confirm unsecured product credit policies
• Review credit policies for relevance to market practices
• Implement reserve policy as per company requirement and provide regular analysis
• Underwrite per delegation
• Support CRP process and implement tracking process for product / program / account performance as per key indicators in document
• Contribute to NPI process and track product / program as per committed key risk indicators
• Implement champion challenger approach as defıned by Manager
• Contribute to pricing strategy reviews, in particular risk-based-pricing
• Contribute to forecasting process as required by business planning sessions
• Prior work experience with analyzing data and participating in building data-driven strategies
• Ability to deal with data (quantitative background preferable)
• Initiative and excellent organizational skills
• Fast learner, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with limited support
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of SQL, SAS or other programming language and/or statistical software would be considered an advantage
