- Ensuring that payments are applied according to department and individual targets;
- Analyzing, researching and reconciling transactions on customer accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of the account information;
- Understanding, clarifying, and making follow-ups in order to clarify all customer’s issues;
- Collaborating with other departments to meet unapplied cash objectives;

- Fluency in English (writing/reading/speaking) is a must;
- University degree in economics;
- Good computer skills (e.g. MS Word, Excel, Adobe, PowerPoint, and Oracle Applications);
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Organized and very detail oriented;
- Good negotiation skills;
- Team player;
- Ability to prioritize a busy workload;
- Deliver results oriented;
