RESPONSABILITATI

Oracle University Romanian Sales Centre (RSC) is the Oracle Education Sales and TeleMarketing Operation based in Bucharest, Romania servicing selected EMEA countries. The RSC TeleSales Representative responsibilities consist of raising awareness of OU solutions; promoting their respective benefits; and thereby selling education products & services to new or existing Oracle clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Oracles product and services set.
- Maximise OU coverage into Oracle Accounts.
- Contribute to customer acquisition plans as part of the virtual account strategic teams.
- Develop coverage into new Oracle Accounts through call-campaigns and following-up on specific Marketing activities.
- Manage and grow revenue streams from existing Oracle University customers.
- Develop Oracle University attachment rates to existing Oracle License Customers.
- Meet and exceed annual and quarterly revenue targets.
- Qualify Oracle prospects and produce quality leads for the Oracle Sales Force.
- Ensure the achievement of business revenue and profit goals through sales activity, including territory planning; territory review; and accurate weekly forecasting.
- Manage and developing relationships with Oracle Direct, Oracle Field Sales to maximize revenue and optimize customer service.
- Ensure the territory client base is adequately covered; understand the Oracle Education offerings; and that Oracle Education fulfills their training service requirement.
- Maintain a high level of customer service.
- Demonstrate time management, strong sales skills and knowledge of Oracle/Competition.
- The role demands candidates to work according with the local country Business Hours and Public Holidays.


CERINTE

- 2 plus years sales experience in a Service, IT or IT Training Sales environment.
- Third level education or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proven business acumen and sales delivery in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
- Ability to drive education transactions; understand the customer life cycle; and engage, when appropriate, the proper resources to progress and close the sales cycle.
- Ability to complete individual goals as well as work in a team.
- Ability to work in a virtual team environment involving OracleUniversityDirect and other Oracle representatives.
- Good communication and persuasive skills in applicable language, both written and verbal.
- Professional with good organizational and planning skills.
- High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment.
- Fluency in Turkish and English is essential.
