A Big 4 firm in Bucharest is looking for a Manager, Transaction Services. TS experience while desirable is not a prerequisite. An experienced auditor may have the right experience. In addition to a Manager other positions in TS may be available too.

Our client works with both corporate and private equity, transactions, dedicated to helping clients get the best value from their deals and managing their risk.
Products include financial due diligence and investigations for corporate or strategic buyers, private equity or financial buyers, and vendors, reports to support a stock exchange listing (reporting accountants), bid support in a competitive tender, sale and purchase and credit agreement negotiation support, post completion support and advice, and commercial due diligence. Many transactions are completed in a cross border environment, and involve working with our global specialist teams to provide multi-jurisdictional solutions.

A Manager will have responsibility for the planning and management of mid to large scale transactions, co-coordinating financial due diligence work and reporting accountant work (including working capital reports, profit estimates etc), reporting directly to the
Director/Partner and acting as the main point of contact with our client. In addition you will be expected to work as part of full service diligence team (including tax and legal specialists), liaising and building relationships with financial advisors/investment banks, legal advisors, commercial diligence providers, corporate lenders, investors and other stakeholders on an agreed scope of work.

Financial diligence work may include:

-Quickly developing an understanding of the target business and its drivers
- Interpretation and analysis of information memoranda, business plans, publicly available information on the target business
- Review and analysis of historical trading, cash flow and balance sheets
- Review and analysis of projections, and underlying assumptions
- Review of the adequacy of working capital facilities, including consideration of financing limits, term and covenants
- Evaluation of potential synergies
- Reporting of potential key issues for our client including identification of risk or price affecting considerations


CERINTE

- Project manage mid to large scale due diligence/reporting assignments with particular responsibilities for: client interface, assignment team, project risk issues and billing/cost recovery
- Assume responsibility for production of quality deliverables (usually detailed written reports) within agreed timescales, briefing
Partner/Director accordingly
- Ensure internal quality control procedures are fully complied with
- Lead assignment teams, assuming responsibility for junior staff development. Likely to involve leading more than one project at a time
- Participate in various marketing initiatives and practice development activities.
