Job scope:
- Prepares estimates and forecasts of Cash flow and for the Working Capital Items;
- Manages the daily working relationship with the commercial banks;
- Manage the KPI reporting of Working Capital Indicators;
- Coordinates the ¿Cash Committee¿ for reaching the proposed target (for each of the Working Capital items).
Job responsibilities:
1. Prepares the forecast for the cash flow for a 1-3 months horizon by collaborating with the operational departments and managers in order to obtain the necessary info;
2. Manages the daily relationship with the commercial banks (arranging the credit facilities, analysing the accuracy of the commissions and expenses, etc);
3. To assure the planning process of the Working Capital Items within each frame of reference (Budget, Estimate, Internal Plan);
4. Prepares/ facilitates/ coordinates the Cash Committee monthly meting for overseeing the Working Capital indicators; identifies possible risks and opportunities with the operational departments involved; monitors the implementation of the agreed action plans.
5. Periodically prepares the analysis regarding the receivables balance account, so as to determine the level of the provisions for doubtful receivables.
Education:
- University degree ¿ Economics (preferably, but not mandatory)
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years experience in treasury/controlling/financial analysis (accounting or auditing experience is also welcomed);
Competencies:
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Proven experience to work under deadlines, prioritize workload and adapt to changing priorities, proactive approach;
- Initiative, solution and action oriented;
- Strong organization, time management and task prioritization skills;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Reliable person able to assume responsibility.
PC skills: Very good computer skills (Excel, Access, SAP is a plus)
Languages:
- Fluent in English language
