Treasury:
· Manage liquidity of all European entities (Romania, Hungary, addition of more countries is likely)
· Report cash-flows (forecasted and actual) to European and global management
· Manage existing banking relations and set up new ones
· Manage foreign exchange exposure (enter into derivative contracts)
· Ensure FAS 133 designated status of derivative contracts
· Analyze how exchange rate movements affect the company’s performance (realized, unrealized gain, etc)
· Report aging of receivables, decide with Controller on write-off
· Manage timely collection of Genpact’s receivables
· Drive treasury digitization
Cost Control:
· Drive cost reduction initiatives with primary focus on Romania
· Analyze different cost lines for cost drivers and develop strategies to optimize those costs
· Assist Site Leader and his senior management team to drive cost conscious behavior across the organization(s)
· Support project of set-up of additional site(s)
· Work with Financial Planning & Analysis on cost reviews
· 4-6 years of work experience in corporate finance field, treasury/cost control experience is an advantage
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Fluency in English
· Well organized, systematic and able to prioritize effectively
· Focus on quality/continuous improvement
· Strong PC skills – knowledge of reporting tools (Discoverer, Business Objects or similar) and banking software (Citi Direct, W1se or similar) is an advantage
