RESPONSABILITATI

- Identifies and maintains the relationship with the suppliers: tourism agencies and hotels;
- Responsible for travel arrangements: accommodation, flight and train tickets;
- Performs follow-up of the travel arrangements by ensuring compliance with the internal procedures;
- Fills in the external correspondence with the suppliers;
- Monitors the issued invoices by the travel suppliers;
- Responsible for ordering the needed stationary within the office.


CERINTE

- University graduate;
- At least one year of relevant experience in a similar job;
- Very good communication skills;
- Organizing and multitasking skills;
- Fluency in English (verbal and written);
- Proficiency in using the computer (Word, Excel).
