•Planning itineraries and arranging accommodations and other travel services for the travel agency's customers;
•Sending offers to direct customers and following the offers status;
•Communicating with customers to set destinations, mode of transportation, travel dates, financial considerations and accommodations required;
•Providing brochures and publications to customers containing travel information, such as local customs, points of interest and special events occurring in various locations or foreign country regulations, such as consular requirements and currency limitations;
•Booking transportation and hotel variants;
•Planning, describing and arranging itinerary tour packages and promotional travel incentives utilizing knowledge of available travel services and promotional techniques.
•Minimum two years of experience in a similar position;
•Fluency in English;
•Knowledge of destinations is an added value;
•University degree.
