RESPONSABILITATI

Location: working from home

Responsibilities:
• Dealing with initial enquiries by email and phone
• Liaison with translators
• Liaison with clients
• Liaison with Recruitment Manager
• Simple numerical tasks and spreadsheet preparation.
• Assistance with coordinating and recording details of translation work
• Invoicing of Clients
• Checking Translators Invoices and other Documents
• Daily Reporting to Line Manager


CERINTE

Requirements:


• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Good Knowledge of at least one other foreign language (spoken and written) – Spanish is a plus.
• Degree-level education, either in translation, modern languages, linguistics or similar (preferred).
• Strong interest in the translation field
• Previous administration experience
• Excellent PC skills, Word, Excel, Internet
• Own Internet connection at home + headset/microphone
• Good telephone manner.
• Attention to detail
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
• Able to manage workload and task prioritise
• Happy to have a flexible work schedule (details to be discussed)

Salary:
