Job description

Successful management of large/multiple transitions of clients' processes in F&A domain
Thoroughness of Project Planning
Thoroughness of Project tracking – Risk, Issue and Milestone management
Identify areas for efficiency improvement, implementing the same
Build close rapport with key client managers
Balance risks with speed of execution
Handling prospect/ Client presentations
Respond to RFI/ RFPs along with team


CERINTE

Requirements

Handled large and multiple transitions with different levels of complexity, in Finance and Accounting area
Understanding of the different aspects of BPO business – QA, SLA, Base-lining etc.
Strong Project Management skills
Experience of managing projects in 3rd party environment
At least 2.5 years of intense customer facing roles
Focus on continuous improvement - good to have Six Sigma knowledge (Green belt/ black belt)
Strong focus on deliverables – do whatever it takes to meet timelines and quality of deliverables
Managed / liaised with IT Projects team to deliver the Technology aspects of the transition projects
