Role description ¿ This role has been created in order to ensure the smooth transition of an outsourced service be it in the area of Finance & Accounting OR Procurement from the customer site to Romania.

Our basic business model of technology services and business process outsourcing involves transitioning (in other words movement) of business process in different areas such as finance, accounting, IT, Supply Chain, Procurement etc. from the customer site to the Romanian site. In this specific case, we are only talking about the processes in Finance & Accounting and Procurement; hence the functional knowledge is essential. The role incumbent will hence be required to travel to the customer site and asses the AS IS process there (sometimes for extended periods of time) in order to move the process to Romania.


CERINTE

Minimum Qualification ¿ MBA, Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance/Accounting/ Economics.
This is not a mandate for candidates having relevant experience in the functional area.

Minimum Experience ¿ 5+ years of experience in accounting/ finance/outsourcing service/Supply Chain Management/ Procurement / logistics

Other Skills required - Strong project management skills and experience, excellent communication and presentation skills, Relationship management skills and Problem solving approach

Mandatory Specific requirement ¿ The person must be open to extensive travel across the global. While the person¿s permanent location of work is Bucharest, the nature of work is such that the person has to travel extensively across the global and more specifically to the western European countries. It would be good if the incumbent were already holding a valid Romanian passport.

Responsabilities:
Responsible for project management of migration processes
Project Planning ¿ estimating timelines, costs, resource requirements and execution
Monitor project, take corrective actions if needed, report on project progress
Manage all stages of the migration process
Ensure seamless transfer of business processes from customer site to receiving site
Responsible for assessing processes and recommending solution/potential for migration
Manage relationship with customer
Team management during transition
