-Understand the process business and Structure;
-Develop transition/project plan for the individual business areas and processes within them and get buy in from the business ;
-Manage Transition timelines and ensure report out & reviews with the Key stakeholders at the end of each stage;
-Identify additional off shoring opportunities from customer businesses;
-Adherence to Transition Methodology;
-Orient customer business on the transition methodology in case the business area is off shoring for the first time to define understanding of the methodology and the resource requirement from Customer ;
-Manage relationship with customer ;
-Understanding and managing customer expectations during transition phase till the process moves to production;
-Ensure number of FTEs transitioned is as per plan;
-Fluency in English and one of the business languages: german or french;
-Strong project management skills and experience;
-Excellent communication and presentation skills;
-Relationship management skills and Problem solving approach Mandatory;
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Project and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, Visio, PowerPoint);
-Windows: System administration, Installation, Configuration;
-Networking;
-SAP ERP – FI Module;
