RESPONSABILITATI

OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB

Ensure client satisfaction through the management of information, client responses, managing client relations make sure it’s done efficiently and effectively to achieve targets and maintain the appropriate control environment.

Responsibilities:

- Will be accountable for the client satisfaction and employees under his/her Project
- Participate in the establishment and development of the functions in his team
- Ensures delivery of commercial aspects of the outsourcing projects, as well as standards of service (relating to quality, effectiveness, productivity, efficiency etc.)
- Initiate, design and implement business process excellence improvements
- Design and implement the procedures and principles for how the team will operate on a daily basis
- Implement the necessary reporting and governance arrangements to ensure effective management controls are established to oversee the operation
- Work with the Accenture Business Lead to define the detailed procedures and approach for migrating and transitioning deals from the client’s business units to Romania
- Identification and implementation of procedural and policy improvements on an ongoing
- Allocate resources and responsibilities within team to deliver business results
- Ensures team members acquire necessary skills and performance attributes, in line with business and personal development needs
- He / she should be able to guide the team and manager as and when required


CERINTE

- Broad understanding of Outsourcing Operations;
- In depth experience of managing change within a commercial environment and knowledge of techniques for successful change management;
- Broad knowledge in the Client Management arena – experience of relationship building; business management and knowledge (finance, commercial awareness and understanding of budgets and planning);
- Experience of successful project management within business transition, transformation or systems projects;
- Ability to understand and interpret complex client challenges and identify service improvement initiatives;
- High degree of problem solving and analytical capability;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in a second European language (Italian, Spanish, French, etc.) is an advantage
