RESPONSABILITATI

Participate in or lead cross-functional teams.
Responsibility for planning, organizing, directing and delivery of HR services transition or transformation projects, prioritize in alignment with Client’s expectations and business needs.
Lead cross-functional teams engaged in new or existing projects, focused in meeting project objectives within expected dates, quality and budget. Focused on the delivery of new or existing projects.
Plan and direct schedules and monitor the projects from initiation through delivery reporting projects status, issues and risks to internal and external stakeholders compliant to ACS Transition Standards and Methodology.
Closely coordinates with Global Transition Director and Customer sites services leaders to ensure consistency of transition approach and timing across the program.
Support the Transition Director in project governance and management as well as in monitoring budget/spending.
Supervise the redesign and improvement of global HR processes of the client to achieve the complete migration of the processes in scope for the project ensuring timeliness and quality of project deliverables.
Collaborate to interdepartmental activities to ensure quality completion of the project deliverables meeting contractual and quality standards within deadlines and budget constraints.
Meet and comply with internal procedures and policies, as well as project methodology.
Executes formal transition closure process, including acceptance sign-offs, satisfaction surveys and lessons learned feedback sessions.
Lead team meeting and project meetings as required. Propose and lead the implementation of internal initiatives.
Support business development activities and presentations to prospect clients.
Responsible for coordinating the delivery of professional services to customers within his/her responsibility scope.


CERINTE

Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent education in Business Administration, Economics or area related studies
Min 3 years of experience working with a Project Management methodoly (creating a project plan with objectives, etc), especially in transition and merges. BPO environment preferable.
Min. one year experience in a Project Manager role.
Strong Understanding of IT Outsourcing Transition Management Processes and Methodologies or experience in HR shared service environment will be an advantage.
Client oriented, results driven and proactive, excellent team working and team/people management skills.
Possesses a strong understanding of Desktop Support Technologies.
Working knowledge of automotive, financial services, retail or any other industry segment will be also an advantage
Fluency in English and another European language, ideally French, Spanish or German.
Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, analytical and organization skills
Willingness to travel and ability to work with people of different levels of the organization.
PMP certification is a plus
