Transactional Controller - FMCG industry - 10 months

RESPONSABILITATI

- prepare the reports for Costs overview - Actual/Plan for fixed costs (with more dedication on Travel costs), A&P (Marketing), Costs of Non quality and Logistics costs)
- define the gaps between Actuals and Plan
- develop proposals for internal costs control
- prepare Accruals report
- define movements in Accruals between the reported periods
- control calculation for Accruals (mainly for Customer related – Bonus, COOP)
- Other reporting:- Electronic Waste (WEEE), Royalties, Packing; Check set up of Masterdata in SAP (WEEE, Royalties, Packing); other reports requested mainly for Sales; ad-hoc reporting
Month end closing: prepare calculation/documentation for accruals (costs part);(AR/AP reconciliation with intragroup customers/suppliers); provisions recalculation (stock, warranty);Intercompany accounting (coding)
- Margin reconciliation: analyse the margin during Month end clothing and prepare gap analysis; prepare the report for Credit notes; report for sales below Minimum sales price (random check on approval)
- Control the local stock: ensure appropriate stock processes set up is in place; be responsible that all products are valuated properly; be part of physical stock counting (if needed); manage the value adjustments for the stock items; checks goods receipt-invoice receipt
- Customer rebates and stock protection: Calculation of the rebates to customers based on the contract signed by the management; Reporting on rebates; First analysis on differences
- Statutory accounting: prepare all necessary documentation for Statutory audit; be valid counterpart of Sector for Statutory audit; Control the booking of cash out costs related to repairs and warranty
- Transfer prices: check the local fiscal EBIT on monthly basis and report to SBC Finance manager; analyse the prices development; prepare documentation for Fiscal authorities; check on strange prices of products (zero, no pricing); Escalate to proper parties; Reporting on price differences and incorrect prices.
- Masterdata, SAP
- Support the Business Controller with the Internal Control System
- Back-up for Credit Controller
- Help the Controller during Closing and Plan preparation (mainly for Costs part)
