E-learning project management
- Take part in important projects concerning the start and organization of e-learning modules related to these (ensuring adequate e-learning outline, cooperation with the project managers etc.)
- Organize together with the management the direction of evolution for the training tools towards e-learning for those areas that support this kind of transformation
- Sustain the evolution of the e-learning tools used within the ITD
- Administration of the e-learning space (accesses, e-learning content, training)
- Administration of the web-conferencing application
Training sessions management
- Organize and keep general training sessions for the new ITD employees (Ubisoft internal organization, ITD organization, works procedures, IS overview etc.)
- Update, administer and elaborate the development propositions of the ITD Training Space SharePoint site, entering point for IS collaborators and users
Documents management
- Administration of the “Merci Pour l’Info” internal SharePoint site (accesses), entry point for the documentation provided to IS users
- Validation of site content updates (verification of the defined update rules conformity and of the impact on adjacent sites)
- Coordination of the user training documentation updates depending on the new projects and the IS evolution
- Communication and promotion of MPLI site to newcomers and users
- Management of the documentation to be available for all interested Ubisoft parties, in the terms of the e-learning procedures and
- Proficiency in both English and French
