RESPONSABILITATI

Training sessions management
- Organize and keep general training sessions for the new DSI( Direction de Systemes Informatiques) employees ( Ubisoft internal organization, DSI organization, work procedures, IS overview)
- Take part in important projects concerning the start and organization of training sessions related to these ( ensuring adequate training kits for the project managers, « train the trainer » sessions, etc)
- Update, administrate and elaborate the development propositions of the ITD training Space site, entering point for IS collaborators and users
- Organize together with the management the direction of evolution for the training tools towards e-learning for those areas that support this kind of transformation.

Documents management
- Administration of the MPLI (site intern sharepoint administrat de IT) site (access, web design via Front Page), entry point for the documentation provided to IS users
- Validation of site content updates (verification of the defined update rules conformity and of the impact on adjacent sites)
- Coordination of the user training documentation updates depending on the new projects and the IS evolution
- Communication and promotion of MPLI site to users
- Management of the technical documentation to be available for all interested DSI parties
- Elaborating user manuals for the existing information tools and for those in development
