Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating with Trainers,
- Organizing the Training Material,
- Managing Training Logistics ( Database update, hotel/training rooms reservations)
- Handling the Learning Management Software,
- Reporting and collating dashboards,
- Liaising with Team Leaders/Operations Managers to nominate people for Training etc.
- Administrative Tasks.
The jobholder needs to be very well aquainted with MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel etc.)as well as working with printers, faxes and other office appliances; the candidate should have good knowledge of the city, plus fairly good negotiation skills.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
