For one of our clients, a multinational company, active in mining industry, we are looking for a Training Specialist.
- Research, prepare, implement and promote training programs necessary to fulfil identified training needs;
- Provide technical assistance to management in developing employee training plans;
- Identify cost and support requirements necessary to develop and implement training programs and activities;
- Ensure tracking and documentation of training received by each employee, in accordance with his or her training plan;
- Select, monitor and evaluate the work of contracted trainers.
- Knowledge of principles and techniques of planning and directing long-range comprehensive training programs;
- Knowledge of principles of employee training, such as motivation, decision making, goal setting and group leadership;
- Ability to effectively apply written and oral communication skills;
- Ability to effectively organize and utilize input from diverse sources to achieve program goals;
- Ability to plan, organize, facilitate and evaluate training programs;
- Ability to analyse data and situations accurately and adopt or recommend an effective course of action;
- Availability to travel.
