RESPONSABILITATI

- identify and plan for the present and future training needs of the company
- negotiate and plan training strategies with managers
- help management to decide on training to benefit the company
- oversee the budget for training and work resources
- develop training solutions
- observe, recommend and plan training sessions to develop staff skills
- assess the effectiveness of training design and delivery methods
- monitor industry trends such as technology
up-to-date knowledge of trends in training and development
- get feedback on the usefulness of training programs and use the feedback to make improvements
- report feedback to mangers

- getting knowledge of the structure and role of the company and staff responsibilities
- an understanding of performance management, analysis and improvement
- knowledge of methods and availability of training and the ability to measure its effectiveness
- training, teaching and group work skills
skill in interpreting how business strategies translate into an organization’s development and training strategy
