RESPONSABILITATI

- Single point of contact for Training Support of Client Account
- Responsible for implementing domain, process and behavioral training for operations including new hire assimilation, multi-skilling and refreshers
- Ensure the operationalization of BU training framework and methodology in all Client Accounts
- Responsible for implementing the BU training policy in all Client Accounts
- Prepare operations SMEs for training design and delivery
- Ensure Focus of SMEs/trainers on Quality of content and delivery, meeting internal targets & training throughputs, Customer Satisfaction etc.
- Provide regular feedback to SMEs/Operations Trainers by monitoring on their performance
- Responsible for successful knowledge transfer during transition of processes and work closely with the transition team in the planning and execution of KT deliverables
- Responsible for Knowledge Acquisition / Capturing / Packaging of the Training Content and work closely with internal and client SMEs.
- Responsible for all Internal and external client interaction and action plans with regard to training
- Responsible for determining performance gaps, identifying training needs (both process and behavioral), working with SMEs, internal partners and vendors to implement training solutions
- Responsible for transference of best practices across accounts
- Review training periodically with operations leaders and drive corrective action


CERINTE

- Graduation/Post Graduation Degree/ MBA.
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience with at least 2 years in training and development
- Experience in designing training content and delivering training sessions

- Planning and Project management skills
- Facilitation Skills
- Knowledge of O2C or F&A domain
- Demonstrates a macro perspective in terms of understanding cross functional & business requirements
- Knowledge of Computer System & intermediate applications: MS word, PPT & Excel
- Strong interpersonal, effectiveness and teamwork skills to empower, influence and reach resolution with peers, colleagues and leaders
- Ability to handle stressful situations
- Knowledge of Instructional Design methods preferred
- Knowledge of any ERP application is preferred
