- all training and development activities in line with hotel needs and guidelines
- delivering the core training programs: orientation, product knowledge, customer service, leadership skills
- coaching internal training providers
- selecting, organizing and coordinating vendors' projects
- developing, maintaining and executing the annual Training Plan
- ensuring that effective training is in place to enable the achievement of desired business results
- maintaining a training data base to track participants, classes and hourly trainings and the Personal Development Programs in the company
- evaluating and monitoring the effectiveness of all training & development activities
- reporting in a timely and comprehensive manner
- experience as Training Manager either in a similar hotel size / chain or in a multinational company
- fluent in English
- excellent presentation, verbal and written skills
- knowledge of various training methodologies
