The job holder will lead a local team of soft skills and process trainers, liaise with the company trainer¿s from abroad and with the local training suppliers.
Responsibilities:
- prepare, implement and monitor the local training program, including the training budget administration
- coordinate the local training team, supervise the team performance ¿ coach, support and appraise
- liase with the local training suppliers and the foreign company trainers
- deliver operational excellence
- initiate and execute process improvement
University degree, Train the Training course
Leadership experience, computer skills (MS Office), excellent presentation skills, good communication skills, budgeting experience
Personal profile: Pro-active, Initiative, Energize (able to transmit enthusiasm to team and stakeholders), Integrity, Customer Oriented, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in multinational and/or shared service environment is an advantage, as well as the previous experience as a Trainer for Sales force
Willing to travel if required
