RESPONSABILITATI

Reports to: Director of Human Resources and Training

Responsibilities:

Team management:
-Manage the Training Coordinators and Senior Trainers team
-Recruit, develop and monitor the Senior Trainers and the Training Coordinators
-Supervise the recruitment, selection and activity of the Agency Trainers
-Assist the Training Coordinators in delivering the courses;
-Report periodically on the Senior Trainers’ and Training Coordinators’ activity
-Conduct performance evaluations for Training Coordinators and Senior Trainers team

Training strategy:
-Work closely with the distribution channels to create the training strategy and monitor its implementation
-Establish and monitor the training budget
-Design the training materials needed for the trainers to deliver courses to internal customers: Direct Sales Force, Bancassurance, other distribution channels
-Quarterly conduct the training needs analysis for Direct Sales Force and other distribution channels
-Supervise, improve and periodically assess the Training Path for Direct Sales Force according to their training needs
-Liaise with external training suppliers, selecting training offers, monitoring their performance


CERINTE

-Higher education, relevant TOT courses
-Life insurance training experience is welcome
-Training management (min 2 years in a managerial position), advanced presentation skills
-Good people management skills
-Very good planning, organizing, coordinating abilities
-Strategic thinking
-High quality standards
-Very good written, presentational and oral communication in Romanian and English
