Objective:
Design internal training programs according to needs and level of target population
Organize and deliver internal trainings with prior certification
Manage and develop the E-Learning Platform as effective tool for Training
Monitor and keep track of all the training sessions delivered to UniCredit Tiriac Bank Employees
Contribute to permanent improvement to training methodology and results
Develop Induction Training and On the Job Training Program according to overall strategy of the bank
Develop, organize and deliver internal specific training programs
Monitors the internal training programs
Deliver external trainings based on prior license
Maintain contact with business functions of the Bank, in order to identify training needs
Propose alternative solutions and methods of improvement to current learning offer to optimize results
Ensure the participation, the proper organization and delivery of the training programs organized both internally or externally by the Bank
Respects confidentiality of data to which has access
Professional knowledge:
University degree
Min. 1.5 years experience in the HR field
Min. 1.5 years experience as trainer
Internal and external specialized training
Very good PC skills
Very good English skills, both verbal and written
Strong planning and organizing abilities
Project management skills
Personal competencies:
Maturity, high level of responsibility, very good interpersonal skills, adaptability, open personality, initiative, integrity, team-work
