- Manages assigned training programs, according to the training & development master plan
- Builds partnerships with external training providers
- Supports performance management system implementation within the assigned function or location
- University degree
- Significant work experience in training & development area, preferably as trainer
- Excellent communication skills and customer focus
- Teamwork and cooperation orientation
- Self management, planning and organizing skills
- Ms Office knowledge
- Fluency in English
