RESPONSABILITATI

Effective immediately, IOCC shall expand its country team by recruiting additional staff based in Bucharest for the implementation and support of the new projects - TRAINING COORDONATOR: (position code: IOCC-TC-2009)

Responsibilities: The TC is responsible for coordinating all training activities planed inside the project and for providing to project beneficiaries (diocese and Patriarchy representatives) technical assistance on strategic planning & organizational development processes initiated at regional and national. The TC will work closely with Executive Director and Project Manager to ensure coordination of field-related activities with the project¿¿¿s overall goals and objectives. The TC will plan, organize, review and approve all aspects of training and public outreach related activities; will coordinate the activity of short term experts which will act as trainers inside the project; will be in charge with the development of training curricula in cooperation with consultants and trainers; will monitor and evaluate all training activities, attending all training events; will coordinate the planning and execution of study trips across borders for project beneficiaries; will ensure coordination between trainings and strategic planning component of the project; will act, when needed, as a project resource person on training subject on managerial aspects: communication, networking, financial planning and management; fundraising.


CERINTE

A minimum of three years¿¿¿ demonstrated work experience with a non-governmental organization as a human resource/ training coordinator. Experience in continuous adult learning, organizational development & planning processes; training skills including motivating, team leading and inter-personal communication skills; full computer literacy and strong fluency in written and spoken English. Capability to coordinate external collaborators/ experts and to organize training events; ability to plan and organize activities within the frame of the larger project goals.
