- Assess relevant training needs for employees, according to organizations' training procedure and in consultation with departmental heads
- Develop plans and approaches to meet new and ongoing training needs and manage training delivery (internal or via external providers), measurement and follow-up
- Manage and develop direct-reporting staff - technical trainers, soft skills trainers, line trainers
- Monitor and report on activities, costs, performance


- University degree, preferably in a technical field
- 1+ year training experience
- 1+ year experience in leading a team
- Automotive industry experience is a plus
- English and/or German language knowledge
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Performance-oriented, determined and self-driven
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
- Talent to provide leadership and organization to the team
