RESPONSABILITATI

1) Professional Qualifications Administration – 25 - 30 %
-Coordinates Professional Qualifications process for ACCA, ACA, CIA, CFA and national qualifications: CECCAR, ANEVAR, AAIR etc.
-Maintains the business relationship with Professional Qualifications tuition providers – permanent communication, negotiation of contractual terms, making sure that all company requirements are fully met
2) Training Administration – 20 - 25 %
-Issues Annual Training Plan : technical & soft skills training programs per level
-Administers EY training tool: populates the courses database, issues training-completion reports, escalates access errors etc.
-Contact person with EY Regional Training Team – responsible with all reporting and communication related to training
3) Training related reporting and tracking – 10 - 20 %
-Issues and manages training budgets per department – follow-up on training expenses
-Ensure billing of costs against appropriate training codes
-Provide monthly, quarterly and annual reports on training cost by Employee, sub department, department and Organization
4) Training Program Delivery- 15 – 25 %
-Work with External Training Providers
-Coordinates the organization of internal courses : core-skills trainings, Induction Programs, soft-skills trainings, workshops etc.
-Keeps track of international courses and seminars participation for EY employees
-Deliver Training Programs as required – Communication, Graduate Presentations etc..
5) Training Plan and Policy – 5 – 10 %
-Maintain and update Training Policy and Procedure
-Edits and reviews training procedure or any other training-related documents (such as Tender Documents etc.)
-Build Capability to deliver simple training programs in house


CERINTE

-University graduate – post-graduate studies are an advantage
-Previous experience in training coordination and budgeting, preferably within a multinational company
-Knowledge of Professional Services sector would be a plus
-Overall understanding of HR processes, such as Performance Management and Development
-Experience in working with HRIS applications and databases
-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package, especially Excel and Access
-English language proficiency – both verbal and written
-Excellent communication skills and business manners
-Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
-Teamwork and cooperation spirit are a must
