RESPONSABILITATI

1. Building up and developing the Organizational development team;
2. Creates, develops and delivers training programs and follow-up sessions;
3. Implementing training needs analysis across the company to identify areas of development;
4. Assists department heads in designing and delivering trainings, workshops, teambuildings, coaching and counseling sessions;
5. Conducting the training process;
6. Control/delivering and ensure cost effective allocation of training resources.
