Coordinating the new hire/refreshment training, administration of the training material:
Coordinating trainings:
- Develop training schedule to new-hires/ refreshment trainings
- Facilitate trainings (participants, material, timeline etc)
- Provide trainee(s) feedback to the management (exam results etc)
Training Material
- standard storage of training material (paper/electronic)
- Standard template in all training material
- Standard topic agenda (according training records: introduction +subtopics and advanced+ subtopics
- Ensuring the agent access to training materials
- Editing/reviewing training material provided by clients
- Setting standard exams
- General admin (ensuring that materials are updated, old materials are achieved etc)
- Ensuring that training materials are proofed by clients
Meetings
- Conduct monthly meeting with management to review refreshment training schedules, needs and training refreshment needs
Providing / Coordinating Training:
- Project Specific Training
- Coach and assist support technicians on processes
- Work with Operations Analyst on improving training for failed monitor issues
Works closely with 2nd level agents to ensure the training delivery of different parties and creation of training material. Communicates training results/achievements to management.
Experience as a trainer/teacher
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Excellent planning and organizing skills
Availability to travel abroad
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc).
Good knowledge of Internet Explorer (navigation, downloading, configuring, using shortcut keys).
Works in accordance with procedures for fault management and ticketing systems.
Hardware and OS knowledge (Windows NT, 98, 2000, XP).
